Terms and Conditions
A TalkButton license is sold with a 30 day refund policy. During this period, the purchaser is entitled to a refund provided all copies of TalkButton are deactivated. There is a 10% handling fee of the total purchase price subtracted from the refund.
Before a refund can take place, TalkButton must be deactivated on every computer it has been activated on. Deactivation is simple and takes a few seconds via the internet. A refund cannot be given without deactivation of the purchased software as verified by our verification system.
Upward Spiral Software offers a 30 day free trial to allow customers to verify before purchase that TalkButton fulfills their needs.

License and Activations
For each activation purchased, you have the right to activate and use TalkButton on one computer. By deactivating TalkButton on one computer, you have the right to activate TalkButton on another computer.
The transfer or sale or loan of TalkButton activations or unused activations of a product license key is not allowed under any circumstances.
You agree to allow Upward Spiral Software the use of technical measures to prevent unlicensed or illegal use of the software. Each activation identifies the hardware ‘signature’ of the computer TalkButton is activated on. This signature is recorded by our verification system so that the product key can not be used to activate TalkButton on computers beyond the number of activations purchased.
Upward Spiral Software disclaims any warranty for TalkButton. The Software and all related materials and documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind towards any expressed or implied fitness for any particular purpose.
Like all software, TalkButton can not be guaranteed to work on newer systems or applications that Apple or Microsoft might release, though every effort will be made to quickly extend compatibility.
Liability and Damages
In no event shall Upward Spiral Software be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use this product. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of TalkButton is borne by you. Should TalkButton prove defective, you and not Upward Spiral Software assume the entire cost of any service or repair or consequence.

The EULA (End User License Agreement) agreed upon during installation of TalkButton is part of the terms and conditions.
